Objection to Lioncourt Housing Development

Lioncourt have proposed that fields in our parish but adjacent to Kingston Bagpuize be developed into an estate of 600 homes. The District Council has included this development site in their draft Local Plan Part2 (LPP2) which is currently in circulation as a consultation document.

In a recent survey of parishioners by the Parish Council, 89 households responded.

All 89, covering 154 adults, were against this development.
In addition, 8 employees of PharmaGenesis also indicated their objection.

It is essential that the District Council is made aware of the unanimous opposition of residents to this development before the end of LPP2 consultation at 5:pm on Thursday 4th May 2017.

Please make your individual feelings known.

A statement from the Chairman of the Parish Council, John Watts, can be found here and gives guidance as to how to register your concerns.

The Parish Council has submitted a detailed objection document that can be downloaded here.
